The purpose of Queer Nation is to foster a welcoming and affirming workplace environment by promoting visibility and community building for University of Florida LGBTQ+ faculty and staff. In partnership with UF’s LGBT Presidential Advisory Committee, Queer Nation aims to retain, recruit, and support Queer faculty and staff within the Gator Nation.
